Cause
Required files are not replaced, files are probably in use. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Reapply the upgrade patch.1. Update the Fail Over timeout to be 1800 seconds (make a note of the current setting for later).2. Wait for 5 minutes (or longer depending on your current replication settings) for this to replicate to their Replica.3. Restart the Primary appliance to fully ensure no files are in use by Microsoft Windows prior to the upgrade.4. Wait for the appliance to restart, and allow an extra 5-10 minutes for it to start up and finish the boot sequence.5. Put the Primary appliance into Maintenance mode.6. Reapply the 2.5.911 update.7. Check for errors in the logs errors above which should not appear.8. Set the Fail Over time back to the original value
