Can accounts be imported from a batch file?

Yes, accounts can be imported using a batch file.

To import system accounts from a pre-configured file from the /par interface:

1. Select Systems, Accounts, & Collections | Accounts | Import Accounts

2. Click Browse and select the file.  Ensure it has been formatted according to the template provided.

3. Click Upload

Note: To import eGuardPost enabled accounts they must first be imported through Import Accounts, and then the EGP details can be loaded through the Batch Update EGP Accounts from the menu.
