Description
Many countries have decided that they will no longer observe daylight saving time (DST) going forward.
The Microsoft Patch KB3192321 released Oct 18th 2016 has been included in the TPAM 2.5.917 release.
In the Microsoft article https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/3192321 the country affected is Turkey, however there have been other countries and timezone changes globally which have also been updated as part of this update.

Countries no longer observing daylight saving time. -
Resolution
