Primary has become uncontactable, TPAM has failed over to Replica. Users attempt to login to PAR interfaces using AD credentials receive a network error and cannot access /PAR, /PARADMIN or /PARCONFIG.
Users can successfully login to all interfaces using Local accounts eg. Paradmin.
To resolve this situation and allow user the ability to login to PAR via the Replica with AD credentials requires the reinstall of the full 2.3.768 patch directly onto the Replica.
Customers will have to contact Technical Support to receive a 2.3.768 patch key for patch PAR_2_3_768.zip available on the support portal - https://Hq01.e-dmzsecurity.com/edmzcust
When contacting Support please have a recent screenshot of the System Status page and the serial number details of the Replica Appliance to which the patch is to be installed. Support can then provide a key to allow install of the patch.
