Resolution
Case sensitive logons require 2 hotfixes.
1. Download the hotfix called “Hotfix_Oracle11” and "Hotfix_4996.zip" from: https://hq01.e-dmzsecurity.com/edmzcust
2. Install the “Hotfix_Oracle11.zip” following the instructions found on the hotfix download page.
3. Install the "Hotfix _4996.zip" after the installation for "Hotfix_Oracle11.zip" has completed. -
Additional Information
This patch upgrades the Oracle Instant Client software installed on the appliance to 11.2.0.2, which is required to manage mixed-case passwords on installations utilizing the new Oracle initialization parameter "sec_case_sensistive_logon".
