Description
The following message is logged in TPAM Alert Logs:
Database job: PurgeAllSessions failed, ElapseTime: 0, Message: Transaction (Process ID 66) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chose.

Cause
Deadlock of files TPAM is working to purge. -
Resolution
Monitor the AlertsLogs and check to see if the message is thrown more than once.
If the message is thrown just once, over a 7 day period, then this can be safely ignored. Multiple processes are running at anyone time, and this message is just notifying the TPAM admins that their was a deadlock where files were in use at the time a purge job was scheduled to run.
If the message continues to be trigger then please create a full support bundle and send to One Identity Technical support for review.
