When attempting to install a certificate in PFX format the process starts but does not finish., the text "Importing Web Certificate <Cert name>....." loops but never finishes.
Cause

This occurs when a strong password has been used which contains special characters such as %, &, ?, \, *,=, ], }
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Recreate the private key file with a password that contains only alphabetical characters.
STATUS
Issue fixed in version 2.5.917. The latest version of TPAM can be downloaded here
