Description
User accessing TPAM interface receives "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" message.
"You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied"

Cause
User has not specified the correct url to access the expected interface eg. /TPAM or /Admin -
Resolution
User must specify the full url to access the correct interface they have permissions to access - https://TPAM_IP_Address/TPAM or https://TPAM_IP_Address/admin to gain successful access.
Inputting https://TPAM_IP_Address/ will show the error message detailed above.
Accessing a URL that has unexpected characters may also return "500 - Internal server error."
For example, accessing "https://TPAM_ip/tpam/main.asp" will work correctly; however "https://TPAM_IP/tpam/main.asp/" (note the trailing slash) may return "500 - Internal Server Error". This may be seen (for example) if a user creates a bookmark with an incorrect URL. The authentication will succeed however the incorrect URL will return the "500 - Internal Server Error".
