How to check the status of a released Account?
Description

User is looking to determine the status of a managed account in TPAM.
Resolution

An admin could access TPAM, and review the following reports:
Reports - Password Reports - Password Requests
Reports - Release Reports - Password Release Activity
Review the account in question and click the "Current Status"
Access /tpam - System, Accounts & Collections - Accounts - Manage Accounts - Find Account in question - Click "Current Status" button. Review the output to see who released the account, and other pertinent information.
