WORKAROUND: Configuring the 'Delete Account Action' to use one of the options with Notify, such as 'Notify via Email' or 'Both (Notify &Turn Off)' will allow further review or actions after the email notification has been sent.
STATUS: An Enhancement Request #8361 had been created to possible provide further options in the event that an Account is 'locked'. At this time, the Enhancement Request #8361 is not being considered for addition into a future release of the product.
