Account Discovery handles 'locked' accounts as a 'delete' action, even though the account still exists. -
Description
The Account Discovery process will handle a 'locked' account in the same way as a 'deleted' account. The Account Discovery 'Delete Account Action' will be used even if the account is not deleted.

Cause
TPAM Account Discovery does not handle a 'locked' account differently than a 'deleted' account. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: Configuring the 'Delete Account Action' to use one of the options with Notify, such as 'Notify via Email' or 'Both (Notify &Turn Off)' will allow further review or actions after the email notification has been sent.
STATUS: An Enhancement Request #8361 had been created to possible provide further options in the event that an Account is 'locked'. At this time, the Enhancement Request #8361 is not being considered for addition into a future release of the product.

Additional Information
The 'Test Discovery Profile' action will show that the account is being 'Ignored...Account is locked'. Once the Account Discovery is run, this account will be ignored, and the 'Delete Account Action' will be performed.
