Certificate “Import Cert” will not save certificate; or "Install Web Certificate" reports "Only exported certificates or signed certificate requests are supported" -
Description
When using the ‘Import Cert’ feature in TPAM version 2.5 and above, the certificate will not successfully bind to the website.

Cause
This may be caused if the certificate used is not in the required format such as a password protected PFX file for an import, or when using a *.CRT file to "Install Web Certificate"

Resolution
To use the ‘Import Cert’ feature, the certificate must match the following requirements:1) Certificate must include Private Key2) Certificate must be in a PFX File3) PFX file must be password protectedUsing the "Install Web Certificate" button:If the warning "Only exported certificates or signed certificate requests are supported" is noted when using the "Install Web Certificate" is seen and the Web Certificate is a *.crt file these steps may assist to convert the *.crt file to a *.cer file:1. Open the *.crt by double clicking.2. On the 'Details' tab click the 'Copy to File...' button.3. Select the 'Base-64 encoded X.509 (.CER)' option.4. Select a location and name for the *.CER.5. Use this CER when using the "Install Web Certificate" button.
