The TPAM scheduled daily backup is failing and sending a warning message to administrator.
The message received is "Scheduled Backup has failed"
The logs show the following message:
"Failed to authenticate to <<Archive Server IP Address_Location>> with account <<UserName>>:User cannot log in."
On investigation the Archive Server has sufficient disk space.
Ensure the account name and password are correct.
Use the Test Button and view the output to verify connection from TPAM to Archive Server is working.
