Customers using Data Extracts to see ALL Collections and Groups memberships. Notice that the Data Extracts do not list ALL Collections and Groups if the collection and groups are empty.
Empty Collections or Groups will not show in the Data Extracts reports. Only Collections and Groups populated with Users show in the Data Extracts.
We cannot schedule a daily extract with collection data, only the collectionMembership is available. I see this issue on 910 and 915
Resolution
Workaround provided of using "!" (exclamation mark without quotes) in the filter of an on demand report, will show all Collections and Groups configured in TPAM. Data Extracts still do not show unpopulated collections and groups.
