Managed System created in PPM for managing AD domain accounts has an intermittent issue with unexplained password change failures
Try changing the network address to one particular domain controller to see if the results are more consistent. If you have a large envrionment that requires the use of multiple domain controllers for load balancing, then you will need to perform network communication test between TPAM and each DC, to determine if there are any problems.
