TPAM PSM Sessions are not expiring. Continues to list active session after user is finished.
It's possible that a session may have become stuck for some reason, although these cases are very rare and should not be expected.
It is important that users remember to Terminate their sessions properly when they are finished, which involves logging out of the system properly as well as click the "Terminate" button on the TPAM request page. Failure to end sessions properly is a probable cause for "ghost" sessions and improper activity reporting.
If you receive an error stating that you cannot log in to a system because another session is in progress and you believe this to be false, a temporary workaround is to increase the simulataneous sessions that can be requested to 2. This will allow you to connect to the system to perform your work or to troubleshoot the problem.
