When powering on the TPAM appliance, nothing is displayed on the console screen and the keyboard doesn't work.
WORKAROUND 1:
Please verify that all of your connections are secure and that the peripherals are functional.
WORKAROUND 2:
Please open the chassis of the appliance and ensure that none of the cables are loose and that the RAM is seated properly. It is possible that something has come loose during transit.
Once you have confirmed that everything is connected properly and there is still no activity from the appliance, contact Quest Support for further assistance.
