DRAC is reporting an issue with voltage, "System board 5V PG"
Description

When reviewing the DRAC logs of our TPAM appliance, the following error was seen, "System board 5V PG"
Cause

Possible issue with the power supplies.
Resolution

To troubleshoot this issue, please perform the following steps:

- Shut down the appliance.
- Remove and reseat the power supplies
- Unplug the power cords, hold the power button for 20 seconds, and then plug the cords back in
Start up the appliance and confirm if the errors are still being reported.

If further assistance is required, please submit a Service Request to Support.
