System Template - data retention (4342949)

ISA Policy setting in a template will not retain ALL settings in a system template?  In one of my templates I have the ISA Policy configured for "Do not Assign an ISA Policy", but when I use the template to create a System this setting is set back to "PPM ISA".

Manual switch back to "Do not Assign an ISA Policy" is required before creating a System.

Only an admin can develop a template.  If the user is an ISA and an admin you're modifying the template info as an admin, the user is getting the drop down as the ISA.  A normal template (where the admin is not an ISA of that system) does not have the ability, that is why it does not save for the template.  The dropdown should not be in the template as an admin, the user is only only seeing it because they're an ISA.
