Getting an error when installing an upgrade patch:
"The patch key or flag entered is not valid for this appliance"
The incorrect key for your appliance is being entered.
Confirm that the key you are entering is the correct key for the appliance you are installing on. If you were supplied with a key, verify the serial number of the appliance is correct. You can verify the serial number from the System Status:
- /paradmin interface
- System Status/Settings | System Status
