This solution provides instructions for configuring JunOS devices to be managed by TPAM.

Resolution
Please see the attached instructions detailing the method to integrate Juniper devices for password management.
Given how the configuration steps vary between versions of JunOS users will need to consult the documentation specific to their device to configure the JunOS side.
The root account has to be the functional account, and secure access via SSH will need to be enabled on the JunOS device.
JunOS HA Clusters are not currently supported by the default list of platform, but can be explored using custom platform.
