You can generate a Support Bundle in VDS when your configuration is loaded:

Generate Support Bundle:
This action is designed to collect all information that may be helpful to investigate any problem with the instance: Its output is a zip file that should be sent to Support. In the window it is possible to specify the different items to be included, as well as a range of dates. Usually the more information that is collected the better, but in certain cases it can result in a file too large to be handled easily (please notify Support if the file is too large to be emailed and an FTP site can be provided).
