RESOLUTION 1
- Open Active Roles Configuration Center
- Navigate to Azure AD Configuration
- Click on the Consent button and apply the necessary application consent using a Global Admin credential
- Restart the Active Roles Administration Service
RESOLUTION 2In the Active Roles Web Interface, as an Active Roles Admin, navigate to
Azure | Azure Configuration | Azure Health Check. Confirm that the Azure Health check is all green and resolve any issues that might be present.
