Follow the steps below to remove the application from the Identity provider:
- Login to Designer with an applicable account
- Click on Base Data
- Expand Security Settings
- Click on OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connection configuration
- Double left click on the Identity provider to be deleted
- Click on the Applications sub menu
- Highlight the application listed
- Click the Remove button
- Click on Commit to database
Please note: If an error is presented when attempting to perform step eight then this means that the application is set on a web server configuration.
Follow the steps below to confirm and remove the application from the web server configuration:
- Follow steps 1 to 3 from above
- Click on Web server configurations
- Click on each entry one by one
- Take note of what is listed in the OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connection application field
- Look for the web server configuration that has the application that is tied to the Identity provider to be deleted
- Remove the entry from OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connection application
- Click on Commit to database
- Follow steps 4 to 9 in the above section to remove the Identity provider
