Synchronization report: "Reason: The object has pending process steps" -

Accounts are not updated during a synchronization. The sync log may report, e.g.:
The object (John Smith (jsmith)) of type (Person) was ignored during synchronization.
Reason: The object has pending process steps. -
原因
The cause of the message "Reason: The object has pending process steps" is the following: if during a full sync there is a jobin the JobQueue (and as such a record in the QBMElementAffectedByJob) then the corresponding object will be ignored in the fullsync. -
解决办法
If there are jobs in a "FROZEN" state then the error should be looked into and resolved. Frozen jobs can be removed from the queue using the "End with error" option.
It's important to understand what the errors and reason(s) for frozen jobs are so that the issue can be resolved. It is not recommended to delete jobs in the job queue, these should be properly removed.
