Users experience degraded performance of password change and checkout.

Users experience degraded slow performance of password change and checkout. When making a Request the Asset Selection screen is extremely slow, it may time out after waiting 5 minutes. Performance seems to get worse over time. This occur on 2.8.x and 2.9.

When the API method GET /Me/RequestableAssets is executed to query the list of assets available for request, the result returns a 500 Internal Server Error
