Error: "Authentication failed" when attempting to take a RDP session through the SPP web client -
说明
When attempting to take a RDP session and using the SPP web client, SPS shows the error: "Authentication failed" . Using the thick client the session works as it should.
The SPS RDP logs show the error "Plugin(aa/SGAA/main.py): Without vault address authentication is denied" -

Use the thick client

This issue will be fixed in version 6.9.3 of One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Sessions. Please upgrade to resolve this issue. -
