When trying to connect to a Windows server through a PSM request, the client receives the following error:
"The connection has been terminated because an unexpected server authentication certificate was received from the remote computer.
Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator"
This occurs when multiple SafeguardCluster certificates are available in the client's certificate store. Each time a client attempts to connect through a PSM session from a different (or independent primary) cluster, the Safeguard Desktop Client will download the SafeguardCluster certificate. The user is alerted and must accept the certificate before storing it in the client certificate store:
1. Click the Windows or Start button and type "certmgr.msc". This will start the Certificate Manager.
