After filling out Captcha correctly receive the error: The characters you entered are incorrect. Please try again. (4227317)

WORKAROUND:

1) Launch the PMAdmin site and navigate to: General Settings  | Search and Logon Options;

2) Scroll down to the section: 'Security Settings';

3) Make sure the 'Show a security image every time the search is performed' checkbox is selected;

4) Click 'Save'.

STATUS:

A fix for this Product Defect 270052 has been made available via a future hotfix and will be part of all future releases of the Product.
