1 - /opt/quest/bin/vgptool unapply
2 - /opt/quest/bin/vgptool apply
1 - /opt/quest/bin/vgptool register
2 - If one extension is not register you can use the /opt/quest/bin/vgptool register to register it.
For example: /opt/quest/vgptool register vgp_sudoext
Also useful is doing a ls -l /var/opt/quest/vgp and checking date on the extensions file to see if it was changed when the issue began.
Uninstall the QAS client and reinstall.
Please note: we recommend you back up the /etc/opt/quest/vas directory before uninstalling.
Try copying over the extensions file /var/opt/quest/vgp/extensions from another system running the same version of our product and changing the permissions to be correct.
