About this release
This release provides integration of One Identity Manager with IT Service Management solution, ServiceNow. One Identity Manager’s IT Shop services can be requested from self-service portal in ServiceNow.
Supported platforms
SCN Module with ServiceNow Service Catalog integration is available on One Identity Manager 8.1.4.
New Features
New features from the integration of One Identity Manager and ServiceNow:

One Identity Manager Employees with ServiceNow account, can request IT Shop service items from ServiceNow self-service portal.

Manager approval of service item request can be configured in ServiceNow.

SOD compliance check can be configured in the Service Item request work flow in ServiceNow.

Load service categories on demand from One Identity Manager Application server using key search and wild-card search.

Load service items on demand from One Identity Manager Application server using a key search.

One Identity Manager for Service Catalog supports the use of an intermediary reverse proxy server.
