Active Roles logging is disabled by default. It should only be enabled during troubleshooting scenarios as the logs may grow quite large in a very short period of time.
By default, Active Roles is installed on the C: drive and the log is located here:
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Active Roles\8.x\Service
TO ENABLE LOGGING
1. Open the Active Roles Configuration Center and navigate to the Logging tab.
2. Select Administration Service.
3. Select Browse with Explorer. If there is an existing ds.log file present, rename it, delete it or move it to another location.
4. Select Modify.
5. Select Turn on diagnostic log, then Verbose and click Ok.
6. Once the issue is reproduced and captured, disable logging by selecting Modify and Turn off diagnostic log. Failure to do so may result in the hard drive running out of disk space.
