WORKAROUND:
NOTE: Backup the registry whenever making changes as outlined below.
NOTE: The following steps will delete and recreate all of the Web Interface sites. The Web Interface configurations are saved in the Active Roles configuration database and will not need to be recreated from scratch.
Complete the following steps:
- Open the IIS Manager on the machine hosting the Active Roles Web Interface.
- One at a time, delete all of the Active Roles Web Interface sites by right-clicking on the site and choosing Remove
- Open the registry editor using the regedit command in an elevated command prompt
- Navigate to the following registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\One Identity\Active Roles\Configuration\Web\
- Confirm that the Configured registry key has the value of 1. Change this value to 0 and select OK to save the changes
- Close the registry editor
- Open the Active Roles Configuration Center, and select the Web Interface tab to reconfigure the Web Interface. All previous sites other than the defaults will need to be recreated and the previous Web Interface configurations assigned.

STATUS:
The following Defect ID#: 387283, has been submitted for review to be fixed in a future release of Active Roles.
