Does the Active Role Synchronization Service support Microsoft Azure SQL Server connectivity?

Note: Active Roles Synchronization Service supports Azure SQL Server as of Active Roles Server 7.4.4. 

This is transparent functionality to the Active Roles Synchronization Service and is treated the same as if it were Microsoft SQL.

1. Open the Active Roles Synchronization Service console
2. Navigate to Connections | Select +Add connection
3. In the Use the specified connector dropdown box select Microsoft SQL Server Connector to use Azure SQL for connectivity
4. Configure the SQL Server name and SQL server authentication type
5. Finish the connection wizard
