How to stop Connect/Disconnect Audits in the Active Roles Admin Event Log (4226866)

Some customers may see excessive Connect/Disconnect events logged in the Active Roles Event log which may clutter the event logs.

WORKAROUND

On each Active Roles host, create the following registry key:

1. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\One Identity\Active Roles\Configuration\Service

2. Create a new 32-Bit DWORD entry

3. Name: ConnectDisconnectAuditOff

4. Set the value to: 1

A restart of the Active Roles service should not be necessary. If you still see events being logged, restart the Active Roles service.
