How to backup Active Roles Web Interface Site customization (4227046)

How do you backup custom settings (customization) for the Active Roles Web Interface sites?

To backup the Active Roles Web Interface complete the following steps:

1. Select the Start icon on the taskbar
2. Select the All Programs option
3. Select the One Identity Active Roles 7.x.x folder to expand
4. Select the application name Active Roles 7.x Configuration Center
5. In the right side window under the word Web Interface icon, select the Manage Sites option
6. Select the Website to backup, then select the Export Configuration option. This will save all the menu items, commands, etc. to the folder specified (Complete this step 6 action for each Web site, and name appropriately to identify each site)

If you ever need to re-import these settings, use the tool again but this time choose New (or edit existing) and select the option of Import Configuration and choose the file/folder from the Export done previously.
