Some operations fail and the following error can be seen in the Event Viewer:
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Cause
This issue appears to occur on a domain controller. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Configure Active Roles to use a different domain controller as the issue appears to be server-specific.
