Unable to view object properties in Approval Task under "Review the properties submitted for approval" (4266219)

When reviewing an Approval Task in the Active Roles Web Interface, the Properties button inside of the Object Propertiestab does not respond when clicked.

The object has a , in it's Name (cn), which generates the distinguishedName (DN) for the object with an escape character. This character is then misinterpreted by the Web Interface causing unintended issues retrieving the object's properties.

For example:

cn (name): Gentleman, The

DN (distinguishedName): CN=Gentleman\, The,OU=New Orleans,OU=Users,OU=MyDomain,DC=COM

This issue has been identified as a Product Defect and assigned the Defect ID 116403.

WORKAROUND

Perform a rename operation and remove the , from the object's Name
