Objects not visible for Secondary Owners in My Managed Resources -
Description
When logging into the Active Roles Self Service site and selecting My Managed Resources, objects are not visible for Secondary Owners. Primary Owners are able to see and manage objects without issue. -
Cause
Defect ID#: 389263 has been created to fix this issue in a future release of Active Roles when performing an upgrade the Show objects owned by inheritance or secondary ownership checkbox is enabled within the Web Interface after an upgrade is performed. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
In versions of Active Roles prior to 7.5, this checkbox was named Show resources owned through secondary or inherited ownership and was located at the bottom of the screen when browsing managed resources.
In Active Roles Server 7.5 and later, this checkbox has been renamed and moved to the Settings container, and made persistent between sessions.
Check the Show objects owned by inheritance or secondary ownership checkbox in the Web Interface settings.- Launch the ARWebAdmin or ARWebSelfService site
- Click Settings on the left sidebar
- Check the Show objects owned by inheritance or secondary ownership checkbox

Defect ID#: 389263 has been created to fix this issue in a future release of Active Roles. Please contact your Sales Account Manager for the most current status update. -
