Countries missing in Active Roles, both in the WI and MMC. (4271944)

You may have noticed that countries are missing from the 'Country/Region' drop down list, when creating/managing an object via Active Roles.

This is a product defect (TF00782678). The ISO standard has been recently updated with new country codes and those have not yet been included to AR.

WORKAROUND

1) Edit the Countries.xml file for the WI under:

C:\Program Files\One Identity\Active Roles\7.2\Web\Public\xml\Countries.xml

2) Add the entry as below to the XML. To get the country code and other details, please refer to:

ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/doc/iso/iso3166-countrycodes.txt

3) Make sure the XML file is well formed, i.e. open the XML file in a web browser without errors;

4) Reset IIS.
