Replication Status: Unknown -
Description
Some deployments of Active Roles may show the replication status as Unknown in the Active Roles Console.
Replication is fully configured and working. The replication status is retrievable via the SQL Management Studio of Publisher’s instance and all the permissions for the relevant databases (including publisher’s instance system database: AelitaDistributionDB) are effectively in place.

Cause
This is related to a SQL issue which affects multiple versions. The following Defect ID#:305217 was created for when the Replication Status shows Unknown in Active Roles MMC Console.

None.
STATUS
This has been submitted for review to possibly be fixed in a future release of Active Roles.
