Description
ADUC can create objects using "/" in the name attributes, although it replaces "/" by "_" in some specific attributes such as the sAMAccountName:
This is not currently supported by ARS:

Resolution
ARS is functioning as intended, in order to mimic ADUC so that special characters are replaced by another character in those attributes where special characters are not allowed, e.g: saMAMaccountName, then customization is required.
STATUS:
Change request (#90574) has been raised by R&D in order to mimic ADUC behavior in a future version of Active Roles. -
