The Active Roles Console fails to connect with the error "The remote endpoint does not exist or could not be located" -
Description
When attempting to connect to an Active Roles Administration Service using the Active Roles Console, the connection fails with the error:
The remote endpoint does not exist or could not be located.

Cause
The Active Roles Administration Service is not started or an incorrect service name has been specified. -
Resolution
Ensure that the Active Roles Administration Service on the target host is started, and that the entry specified in the Service field is the the resolved FQDN or IP Address of an Active Roles Administration Service host.
