When attempting to Approve an operation in the Active Roles Web Interface using Internet Explorer, the operation hangs on the message:
Performing approval task XXXX. Please wait...

Cause
Internet Explorer is not a supported browser when using the Active Roles Web Interface. -
Resolution
Approvals can be successfully processed using any supported version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
Approvals can also be processed using the Active Roles Management Shell. For more information, please see the following PowerShell help:
