If Live Communications or OCS Pack references are present in Active Roles 7.x, back up the Active Roles configuration database and then perform the following steps:
1) In the Active Roles Console, enable the Advanced Details pane by choose View | Advanced Details Pane. This will make it easier to follow the below steps by highlighting linkages.
2) In the Active Roles Console, navigate to Configuration/Server Configuration/Policy Types/Scheduled Tasks
Delete all Scheduled Tasks which reference Live Communications or OCS Pack.
3) In the Active Roles Console, navigate to Configuration/Server Configuration/Policy Types
Delete all Policy Types which reference Live Communications or OCS Pack.
4) In the Active Roles Console, navigate to Configuration/Policies/Administration
De-link and delete any policies which reference Live Communications or OCS Pack.
5) In the Active Roles Console, navigate to Configuration/Script Modules
Delete any policies which reference Live Communications or OCS Pack.
6) In the Active Roles Console, navigate to Configuration/Access Templates
delete any Access Templates which reference Live Communications or OCS Pack.
7) Restart the Active Roles service.
