When attempting to run an Update activity in an Active Roles Change Workflow or Automation Workflow against the Name(cn) attribute, no error is encountered but the account is not renamed.
Change History on the account will show a blank new value and old value in the attempted change.
The Name(cn) is a computed attribute and does not have a real value.
In order to rename an account, instead update the value of the Name(name) attribute. This will also update the value of the Name(cn).
