The Active Roles Web Interface Bulk Approval action buttons are greyed out for non Active Roles Admins -
Description
The actions for Approve selected, Delegate selected, Reject selected, and Escalate selected buttons on the Web Interface Approval page are greyed out when the approver is not an Active Roles Admin.

Cause
Defect ID#: 418218, has been submitted to restore previous functionality and allow all Approvers to perform bulk operations via the Active Roles Web Interface. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Process Approvals for each task individually.
WORKAROUND 2Use the Active Roles Management Shell to perform bulk approval operations:
- Select Start button
- Select One Identity Active Roles X.X
- Select Active Roles X.X Management Shell
Enter the following to connect to Active Roles server:
Connect-QADService -proxy
The following command will give all tasks:
Get-QARSApprovalTask
This command will list all approvals in Pending status:
Get-QARSApprovalTask -Approver "domain\approverUser" -TaskStatus Pending
If the list is ok to approve in a bulk operation use the following command:
Get-QARSApprovalTask -Approver "domain\approverUser" -TaskStatus Pending | Approve-QARSApprovalTask -Reason "Batch approval"
