Try a different certificate from a different Certificate Authority.
WORKAROUND 2
Regularly restart the IIS service in order to flush memory.
WORKAROUND 3
Delete the HTTPS binding configured in the IIS Manager and then perform an IISRESET in an elevated command prompt.
