Description
SavedObjectProperties Workflow does not get in value generated by a script and returns the following error:
"Exception calling "SavedObjectProperties" with "1" argument(s): "The given key was not present in the dictionary."" -
Cause
The issue has been identified as a product defect id #431692 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Add a Script Module activity into the Workflow and perform all necessary logic and updates within that Script Module.For example: instead of implementing an IF/ELSE branch with an Update Workflow Activity, implement IF/ELSE logic in the script with a Set-QADObject cmdlet.
STATUS
The following bug ID 431692 has been created to address this issue and it will be fixed in a feature release version. Please refer to this article for updates or contact support referencing the Product defect ID.
