Approval tasks are not sent to those approvers that are members of a group which is nested into another group that is set as Primary Owner

Approval tasks are not sent to those approvers who are members of a group that is nested into another group which is set as Primary Owner.

1.- Create a change workflow that runs when a member is added to a group
2.- Set the approvers to "Manager of operation target object"
3.- Create a group called Group_Test
4.- Create a group called Primary_Group
5.- Create a group called Secondary_Group
6.- Add Secondary_Group as member of the Primary_Group
7.- Create a user called Primary_User, add this user to Primary_Group
8.- Create a user called Secondary_User, add this user to Secondary_Group
9.- In group called Group_Test, set the ManagedBy to group called Primary_Group
10.- Open the ARS Console under a user who is not ARS Admin or Approver and that has permissions to manage groups.
11.- Look for Group_Test and add a user as member.
12.- Open the ARWebSelfService site under the Primary_User and check if the approval task appears. It does appear
13.- Open the ARWebSelfService site under the Secondary_User and check if the approval task appears. It does not appear

This issue has been identified as a product defect and is being tracked by defect id 432073

WORKAROUND
The issue is not present in Active Roles 8.1.1 version, if required Support recommends upgrading/downgrading to that version.

STATUS
The following defect id 432073 has been created to address this issue and it will be fixed in a future release version. Please refer to this article for updates or contact support referencing the Product defect id.
