Synchronization Service increases memory and does not release if Azure BackSync Update Contacts Workflow is configured on a scheduled basis. -
Cause
This issue has been identified as a product defect and is being tracked by defect #id 446620 -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Remove the Update Contact workflow from the scheduled time or manually restart Active Roles Synchronization service.
STATUS
The following defect id 446620 has been created to address this issue and it will be fixed in a future release version. Please refer to this article for updates or contact support referencing the Product defect id. -
